Situated on a remote river bank, the Scout Activity Centre is an ideal place to organise an orienteering activity.

Using compass and activity sheets, visitors can explore the neighbouring area and experience the outdoors in safety. We have marked out two courses in the neighbouring countryside.

One course is for younger Scouts, Guides, Cubs, etc. It is about half a mile long and circuits the adjacent field. By standing on the flood bank leaders can keep an eye on the participants all the way round the course.
