Hire Charges for the coming season are as follows:

Weekends

Site fee (per person)	Weekend Friday evening to Sunday afternoon counts as 2 days. This covers use of the site and the assembly room	£2 per day
Activity fee (per person)	Covers any activity or mix of activities available (except archery)	£6 per day or part thereof
Archery fee (per person)	Activity is run separately by Long Eaton Scout Archery Club – fee paid directly to them	£2 per 1 hour session
Kitchen (per group)	Includes use of all cooking equipment, utensils and crockery (please do not bring your own)	£20 per half per day
Evenings

Deposits

Note 1: for a full site weekend booking, the minimum total charge is £500 however few people you bring. A full site booking also implies use of the whole (i.e. both halves) of the kitchen.

Note 2: we shall strictly apply the requirement for a deposit within 28 days of the firm booking allocation. After that the weekend will be made available to others if no deposit has been received.
